SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We ship orders using POSLAJU MALAYSIA as our courier company.
• West Malaysia ~ RM7 ( Delivery Duration 2-3 working days )
• Sabah/Sarawak ~ RM9 ( Delivery Duration 3-4 working days )
• Orders will be sent on the same or next working day upon payment received. A tracking number and link will be provided after your order has been shipped out.

RETURN POLICY

• We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept some for return or exchange following our policy written below.

•  Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.

Important Notes :

• Customers are required to cover the return shipping fees (when you send to us).

• Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.

• Customers need to submit the request within 2 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 2 days will not be entertained.

• Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.

• Items must be sent out from your side within 3 days upon successful request.

• Once we received the returned items, you can exchange with same design, style or color if available. If not, then you can exchange with other designs
•  No refund is allowed.

Returnable/Exchangable

• Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.

• Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg. Left right sleeve not balance)

• Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code, style or color) (For this mistake, we will bear both return and replacement postage)

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.

• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)

• Transparent slightly or bad odor.

• Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.

• Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.

• Sold out items are not available for exchange.

• The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• The measurements for products furnished on this Page are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm & inches; however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
• From time to time there may be information on this Page that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
